December 17. FINMARKET.RU – The total mortgage debt of Russians approached 9 trillion rubles, having increased by 22.1% over the year. This follows from the data of the Central Bank, Izvestia writes. According to the regulator, by November 1, mortgage debts of individuals reached 8.88 trillion rubles, which is 22.1% more than last year. Of these, only 18.7 billion is a foreign currency loan, the rest is a ruble loan. The share of delinquencies remains at the level of 0.9%: by the end of October, its volume is 71.16 million rubles, having increased by 11.1% over the year.
