The volume of orders of industrial enterprises in Germany in April decreased by 2.7% compared to the previous month, the German Ministry of Economics reported. Analysts on average expected growth of 0.3%, according to data from Trading Economics. Meanwhile, in March, according to revised data, the indicator decreased by 4.2%, and not by 4.7%, as previously reported. Foreign orders for the products of German industrial enterprises decreased in April by 4% compared to the previous month. Orders from the eurozone countries decreased by 5.6%, from other countries – fell by 3%. Domestic orders decreased by 0.9%.
