March 4th. FINMARKET.RU – Only 41% of Russians who have recently lost their jobs were able to find jobs again in 2020. These conclusions were presented by experts from the Center for Advanced Management Solutions (CPMS) in the analytical note “Unemployment since COVID-19: What Can Administrative Data Tell?” based on the analysis of open data Rostrud, writes the newspaper “Vedomosti” on Thursday. According to the authors of the study, government agencies were not very effective in helping people to find work, but they performed the function of social support by distributing payments established by the government.
