Starting today, LUKOIL ceases listing programs for American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and the company’s shares traded on the London Stock Exchange. NC also reported that it had sent a statement to the depository bank Citibank NA of its intention to terminate depositary agreements under the Level 1 and Rule 144A (ADR) programs of American depositary receipts from December 30, 2022. ADR holders can convert them into LUKOIL ordinary shares until December 30, 2022. The offer is only valid for ADR holders who were ADR holders as of April 27, 2022. As of the end of May 2021 (most recent disclosure), ADRs accounted for 30.6% of the company’s share capital. Depositary receipts, in addition to being listed on the London Stock Exchange, were also traded on the Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart stock exchanges and the US over-the-counter market.
