Consumer protection may be toughened in Russia

And if they do not want to change the defective product or return money for poorly performed services, they will have to prove themselves that the buyer has just spoiled the kettle or vacuum cleaner. Rospotrebnadzor proposes to introduce this change into the law on consumer protection, “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” writes.
