December 24. FINMARKET.RU – The average minimum tariff for cellular communications in Russia in the second half of the year fell by 3%, to 281 rubles, follows from the Content Review report, which Kommersant refers to. Although, the newspaper reminds, in the summer, analysts were expecting a rise in price by 14%. Against the backdrop of falling incomes of the population due to the pandemic, operators have made services more affordable. However, they are unlikely to have lost much: due to the lack of mobile Internet at remote locations, subscribers still switched to more expensive tariffs.
