"Aeroflot" offered to sell tickets for non-guaranteed flights in Russia

February 26. FINMARKET.RU – On February 11, Aeroflot sent a proposal to Vladimir Tasun, President of the Association of Air Transport Operators (which includes the country’s largest airlines), to introduce a tariff in Russia, under which the air carrier will be able to transfer passengers to another, earlier or later, similar flight. The proposal is formalized in the form of a draft federal law on amendments to the Air Code and Aviation Regulations, Vedomosti writes.
